EULA - End User License Agreement

The following terms apply to the version of SmarterGuard Standard.

SmarterGuard is a product from SmarterEE that can be served as another intelligent eye for people.

SmarterGuard is a product for guarding your properties in a smarter way.

When click on “I agree to the Terms and Conditions” button or install or use the software (“Product”), you agree to be “permitted user” and are bound by this agreement.

If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions in this agreement, you should not click on “Accept” button and not install or use Product, and not be “permitted user” of this agreement.

1. Grant of license.
Smrteree hereby grants to you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the executable code version of Product for personal or internal business purpose provided any copy must contain all of the original Product's proprietary notices. You may use Product only on one computer through Product's activation function to bind copy series number with computer's hardware number.

2. Restrictions.
You may not:
(i) modify Product and its documentation or create any derivative works, including design, translation and localization (ii) decode, decompile, reverse engineer or do other ways to break Product's original code; (iii) redistribute, mortgage, sell, rent, lease or transfer rights to Product; (v) remove or change trademark, label and property right of Product and other proprietary notices, symbols or labels on Product;

3. Termination.
This License Agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term hereof. Upon any termination of this License Agreement, you shall destruct all copies of Product.

4.Ownership
Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Product shall remain with Smarteree. The Product is protected by the copyright laws of Europe and the United States and international copyright treaties. You shall acknowledge such rights to Smarteree and not take any action in any form to threaten, restrict or interfere with Smarteree's rights to the Product. Title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the content accessed through the Product (Content) shall be retained by the applicable Content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other law. This license gives you no rights to such Content.

5. No warrant statement.
The Product is provided in its “original” form. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smarteree do not give any warrant either express or implied including but not limited to the following: your use of the Product will be uninterrupted, the operation of the Product will be error-free or secure, the Product has merchantability, the Product is fit for a particular purpose, the Product is not violating any rights, etc. In terms of using the Product, Smarteree and his suppliers are not liable to any compensation. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Product remains with you, and you are liable for all the costs incurred from services and repairing. In addition, the security mechanism of the Product has its inherent limitation; you shall decide for yourself whether the Product satisfies your needs. This “no warrant statement” is an indispensable component of this Agreement. You are not entitled to use the Product unless you accept all the items contained in this Agreement.
